Tylerbode 9.3.0 Tactic:
A team tactic without need for world beaters. Important to have right type of player in each position. Therefore can be used at all levels. 3 league seasons unbeaten with Rangers and 1 with Motherwell.

Main points:
- No forward runs: Players have space to receive ball, hold onto it and make best available pass or take on man without running into opponent.
- High pressing/High defensive line: Presses opponent high up pitch, pegs them back into their own half. While dominating possession, chances are created from all over. Opponent caught offside often.
- High number of corners: Have inswinging corners with tallest/best jumper set to 'Challenge Keeper'.
- Tactic is not changed at all during game.
- 'Opposition Instructions': Its up to you, I don't use them.
- Tactic works better the longer it is used.
- Choose smallest pitch size; enhances pressing, defensive line, possession, stamina.

Main attributes for each position (/ = either or both):
- DC: Positioning, jumping, concentration, pace/acceleration 10+, height 6ft+.
- FB: Pace/acceleration, positioning, tackling.
- MC: Passing, tackling/positioning, teamwork/workrate.
- MR/L: Pace/acceleration, dribbling/flair.
- AM/FC: Passing, creativity/flair.
- ST: Finishing/heading, strength.

Preferred Move Training:
- DC: Stay back, don't dive in.
- FB: Stay back, don't dive in.
- MR/L: Run with ball down right/left.
- AM/FC: Try through balls.
- ST: Try to beat offside trap, place shots/round keeper.

Teamtalks (to keep morale high):
- Kick-off: 'nothing'. Rival team, 'for supporters'. Against big favourites (1/3+ on), 'wish luck'.
- Half-time: Winning, 'nothing'. Losing/Drawing, 'encourage'/'we can win'. Drawing against big favourites, 'nothing'. Poor performance, 'I want more from you'/'disappointed'.
- Full-time: -5 'disappointed', +8 'delighted'. Ratings between 5.0 and 7.9: Team 'well done'/'good effort'.

Press Conference:
- Assistant set to do them.
- Assistant attributes: Man management, motivating.

不要迷信国外的战术 坛子里不少战术比他NB多了

这个作者是用HULL之类的弱队搞出来的，所以比较偏向防守。弱队可以试试。至于论坛内的战术。BT战术我不喜欢，因为有些战术脱离了现实。没意思了！

其实有些人的战术也是不错的，不过我提供一个战术给大家分享啊。因为我本人觉得研究战术是个很深的学问，还要有防守，控制，进攻，均衡之类的要做测试伤脑筋！明日团队自己做很累的！

我一直在试这个战术,但是效果不好,我分别拿了枪手和马竟来实验,都只能得第3名和4名这样,不如论坛里面的权力进攻442,那个我用马竟全度假都可以拿冠军
