To install, copy the files to the following locations:

Facepacks:

.../football manager 2009/data/sigfx/graphic/pictures/players/

Kits:

Logos:

.../football manager 2009/data/sigfx/graphic/pictures/logos/

Then go to the "Preferences" in your game. Then uncheck "Use Skin Cache" and check "Always Reload Skin On Confirm".
