一、如何获取Directx诊断信息？
Windows XP系统：
1、点击“开始”
2、点击“运行”
3、在文字提示框中，键入“ dxdiag ”并单击确定。


4、切记：一旦dxdiag程序已经完成扫描你的机器点击“保存所有信息”以节省此空间
5、复制已有信息以备需要。

六、如何完成手动卸载？

①删除游戏档案请执行下列步骤：

To Remove the Game files follow these steps:

Windows XP
1: Open “My Computer”

Next remove your Cache files (Follow the steps above)

Finally you will need to edit your registry to remove information Sports Interactive stores there.

To do this follow these steps:

Windows Xp
1: Click on “Start”
2: Click on “Run”
3: In the text prompt box type “regedit”
4: Navigate to:

Windows Vista
1: Click on “Start”
2: In the Search box type “regedit”
3: Navigate to: “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\
4: Delete the “Sports Interactive Ltd” Folder.

Note: Please do not tamper with anything else in this folder, yourregistry is very sensitive and changing something could cause yourcomputer to malfunction.

Once all the steps above are complete your computer will be completely uninstalled.

七、死机与黑屏
可能导致打开游戏时死机或黑屏的原因:

Known Issues & General Troubleshooting

White & Black Screen Issues

There are three probable causes for you getting a white or black frozen screen upon starting the game.

The First reason could be that your Cache files have become corrupted and deleting them will fix the issue.

To do this follow either of these paths depending on your Operating System.

Windows XP:
C:\Users\<User Name\App Data\

Vista:
C:\Users\<User Name>\App Data\Roaming

Once you can see inside those folders delete the Sports Interactive Folder.

If you can’t see those folders you will have to make “Hidden” files viewable.

For Vista:
In a window, go to 'Organize'->'Folder and Search Options'->'View'-> and select 'Show hidden files and folders'.

For XP:
Make sure you are able to see hidden folders:
When in a window, go to 'Tools'->'Folder Options'->'View'-> and make sure 'Show hidden files and folders' is selected.

If this doesn’t solve your issue then please follow the steps forupdating your Java / Graphics Card drivers from the “How too” sectionabove. These are the most common reasons for the black/white screenissues.

八、安装问题
大家在安装游戏的时候必需是登入window管理员的帐号, 如果安装失败, 你可以尝试新增一个window管理员的帐号, 然后再次安装游戏。

安装完成后打不开游戏?
你可以先尝试卸载然后重新安装, 紧记卸载后必需要删除缓存档案(见2L), 并按照以下方法删除注册表。

1.        先到＂我的文件＂把SI的资料夹删除
2.        点击开始, XP的话点击运行, vista的话点击搜寻
3.        输入Regedit然后按enter
4.        到了注册表后选择＂ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE＂> “SOFTWARE＂
5.        找出Sports Interactive的资料夹并删除
绝不可碰注册表内其他的东西

Windows XP64 bit的安装问题
如果你不能在Windows XP64打开游戏, 请把FM09设置为兼容＂Windows XP＂ 方式。 方法是在游戏图标上点击鼠标器右键, 点击属性, 然后把FM09设置为兼容＂Windows XP＂ 方式。

安装时出错
首先你可以先尝试清除缓存档案(见2L) 然后运行游戏。
其次是重新安装游戏, 但千万不要安装在移动硬盘上。
如果还是不行…只好把你的dxdiag存档并发给SI了(见2L)

If you are having trouble installing the game please make sureyou are on an Administrator account for your PC. If it is failing on anadministrator account it would be worth creating a completely newaccount and trying again.


A problem with starting the game after installation?

If after installing the game you can not start it you should tryuninstalling and re-installing the game. Please follow the instructionsfor deleting your cache files after you have done this and also makesure you follow these steps.

5. Once there find the Sports Interactive folder and remove it.
6. DO NOT delete or modify anything else in the Registry.

Installation Issues on Windows XP64 Bit.

If you are having trouble with Windows XP 64bit then you should changecompatibility mode to ‘Windows XP’, do this by right-clicking on thegame icon, clicking properties and changing the compatibility mode to‘Windows XP’

I’m getting an Install Anywhere Error / Any other installation errors.

First try deleting the Cache files and running the game. If it has not installed properly then try the following.

1: Go through a complete uninstall.
2: Make sure your disc is clean and free of surface dust/scratches.
3: Try to install the game again to a standard Hard Drive (not an external hard drive or USB key) to the default location.

Once you have installed the game try running it as normal. If this hasnot worked then post on the Technical Support forums with your Dxdiagdetails.
