教练精神属性解释(翻译自 FM2008 法文手册)

Adaptability
适应性

适应性好的工作人员会很快地习惯异国生活,以及新的俱乐部和新的职务。工作人员适应工作环境得越快,工作的效果就会越好。

Determination
决心

成为成功教练的动力所在。这个属性只是教练的个人意愿,而不会影响到对球员精神方面的训练。

Judging Player Ability & Judging Player Potential
判断球员能力和判断球员潜力

对于球探来说最重要的两个属性。对于顶级俱乐部来说,球探的属性至少需要 15。

Level of Discipline
纪律

这个属性高,教练会坚持严格的训练。如果低,则会放水。

Motivating
激励

教练的激励技巧。属性高的话,教练知道如何在比赛中鼓舞球员的士气,在每天的日常训练中也一样。好的球队动力是必要的。

Physiotherapy
医疗能力

该属性只对队医起作用。你应该拥有医疗能力优秀的队医。如果可能的话,找三个这样的队医,以确保球员能够得到有效的护理,来避免和治疗伤病。

Tactical Knowledge
战术知识

教练在职业生涯中积累的战术知识,根据他和他的同事所处的位置。这些知识会让他了解那些缺少经验的教练所不太熟悉的东西。这是一个优势。

TECHNICAL
Attacking (Tendency)
How attacking he likes to play.
Coaching
How good he is at coaching outfield players.
Coaching Goalkeepers
How good he is at coaching goalkeepers.
Coaching Technique (Tendency)
The extent to which he is a technical coach (as opposed to a fitness coach). (1=Purely a physical
(fitness) coach, 20=purely a technical coach, 10=coaches both physical (fitness) and technical at the
same level).
Depth (Tendency)
How deep he likes to play, 20=deepest where the team will drop back to its own area or deeper, 1=will
mean they like to defend as high up as possible.
Free Roles (Tendency)
How much he likes to use free roles for players.
Hardness Of Training (Tendency)
Extent to which he trains his players (1=very light training, 20=extremely hard, tough and lengthy
training).
Marking (Tendency)
How much he likes to use the man-marking systems.
Offside (Tendency)
How much he likes to use the offside trap.
Physiotherapy
How good he is at physiotherapy. A properly qualified physiotherapist should always be given 20.
Pressing (Tendency)
How much he likes to use the pressing game.
Squad Rotation
Extent to which he likes to use squad rotation. 20=never picks the same squad, 1=always picks the
same squad (when possible).
Tactics
How good his tactical knowledge is.
Tempo (Tendency)
How fast he likes to keep the ball moving.
Use Of Playmaker (Tendency)
How much he likes to make use of a playmaker.
Use Of Subs (Tendency)
How likely he is to make use of subs in a match (1=will use subs very rarely, 20=will make use of subs
freely).
Width (Tendency)
How wide he likes to set out their formation on the pitch, 20=the widest spreading across the pitch while
1=a very narrow formation.
NON-TECHNICAL
Business (Chairman)
How good he is at the business side of running a club.
Buying Players (Tendency)
How likely he is to buy players. (1=never likes to buy players, 20=always wants to buy players). The
ability to buy players will be dependent on the finances of the club.
Determination
How determined a Scout is likely to find specified targets, where 1=little determination with freedom to
report on other prospects and 20=most determined and reports mainly on specified targets.
Determination for non players in general will effect how they rate players, and their attitude towards
them.
Directness (Tendency)
How direct he likes to play.
Discipline (Tendency)
How severely he punishes players who misbehave (1=does not discipline, 20=always disciplines in a
harsh manner).
Flamboyancy (Tendency)
How much freedom he likes to let players play with, 20=leaves players with freedom to try skills and
clever moves while 1=preference for a more rigid and efficient system.
Flexibility (Tendency)
How willingly he will change from his favoured tactics to suit the circumstances – e.g. will they stick with
a 3-5-2 if they have only 2 centre halves, etc.
Interference (Chairman Only) (Tendency)
Extent to which he interferes with the managers tasks (1=never interferes, 20=always interferes).
Judgement
How well he judges how good staff are. How well he can judge a players current ability. The closer this
is to 20 the better he will be able to judge a player’s current ability.
Judging Potential
How well he judges how good staff could become in the future.
Man Handling
How well he psychologically handles those below him.
Mind Games (Tendency)
Extent to which he likes to make use of mind games through the media to rattle opposition. (1=never
makes comments about other teams or managers, 20=always makes comments to the media about
other teams and managers).
Motivation
How good he is at motivating players.
Patience (Chairman) (Tendency)
How much patience he has in managers to succeed. (1=no patience, 20=extremely patient).
Resources (Chairman)
Extent of financial resources he is prepared to put into the club.
Sitting Back (Tendency)
How much he likes to sit back during matches when in front.
Youngsters
How well he works with young players. Also used to determine a tendency to use youngsters for
matches. The higher the rating the more likely that person is to give young players at the club a boost.
