请问楼主：每年大概是什么时候涨CA啊？所有球员都是那个时间同时涨吗？

还有个问题：需要在赛季开始前的时期使用高强度的身体训练吗？官方提示上好像说这么做有利于储备体能。

另一个问题：赛季结束后球员会去度假，然后所有能力会狂降，这时需要使用特别的训练方案（比如总体训练量超过high的高强度训练）来让他们迅速恢复能力么？等能力恢复了以后再使用原先针对性的训练方案？还是一直使用针对性的训练方案就可以？麻烦楼主了，谢谢！

回土屋淳：CA在07中似乎已经变成了每年恢复训练报告的那天赛季前的身体训练我没做，球队人员太多，如果我要统一给他们身体训练然后再正常训练，要做4，50人。我一直用给每个人单独做的训练，从头做到尾。
