我朋友要去都柏林念书,昨天我浏览的关于都柏林的网站,突然想执教爱尔兰的球队,也可能是某种心灵的寄托,我有时候想他去都柏林念个鸡毛大学就行了早点回国,有时候却有另种感慨.写这文章还有另一意义,希望大家不要放弃对小俱乐部的执教生涯.废话少说.

 不知道为什么都柏林城俱乐部叫海盗,反正一直以来都这么叫的,04年2月,我执教都柏林城.来到一个陌生的地方后最应该先熟悉地理环境、人文文化.都柏林,我朋友的梦想,这里有世界上最著名的大学,也是世界软件生产基地.最重要的是U2乐队也在这里.(地图上的蓝点表示俱乐部所在地,仔细看还能发现其他俱乐部)

这是我最大牌的球星,很不错.


这是我的老板,俱乐部2001年成立,在2002年就获得了一些荣誉.球队的实力可圈可点.但我们的目标是冠军联赛的奖杯!不然就没必要玩了.虽然现在我们经济实力很弱,至少没有出现赤字.

先看看爱尔兰超级联赛的制度,除此之外还有高级挑战杯,联赛杯,总统杯(相当于慈善盾杯),穆斯特杯,伦斯特杯,最有意思的是全爱尔兰杯(包括北爱尔兰的地区杯赛)和爱尔兰11人同盟.北爱尔兰11人同盟VS爱尔兰11人同盟,同盟里的球员平时为俱乐部效力,有点像明星联队.

1.小俱乐部最重要的节约,能节省就节省.用不着的球员或雇员赶紧丢.不要为未来打算,先把成绩搞上去是最重要的.工资消耗是俱乐部最大的消耗之一,应该控制工资. 
2.收入表很清晰,合理预算,不要把钱都花在租买球员上面,万一出现财政亏空那你只能卖球员了.应该先努力打好比赛完成俱乐部的任务.头两个赛季我不租和买球员(因为只有3K).
3.最重要的是有耐心,不要觉得一场友谊赛的收入无所谓更不要以为会成为爆发户.
两个赛季就成为冠军,不过别得意,FM是看真正的实力和状态的.状态不好的时候千万别相信实力,就把自己当作弱者,尽力保平.我本无心这么简约描写，其实事情就是这么简单,两个赛级之后真正的执教才开始.

06和07赛季我遇到了很大的麻烦,伤病和状态困扰着我.但是我很从容.毕竟是我第一次参加冠军杯,对于爱尔兰球队来说欧洲的杯赛是唯一能够成为豪门的机会.因为我们的联赛水平太低了.

有时候一场一场的打比赛真的很郁闷,特别是面对俱乐部窘迫的时候真想跳槽,但我希望我能坚持下去.

2010年12月17日,我正沉浸在冠军杯小组赛出现的喜悦中,一个噩耗如晴天霹雳,抽签结果是都柏林城对阿森那,这是我第一次小组出现,以前的丢人经历不提了.你可知道爱超的电视转播费才26000,电视信号也不好.所以冠军联赛的转播费对我来说足以吃上半年的了.我会努力滴.努力把俱乐部的排名靠前.

可恶~kolo abib toure和cavenaghi两个进球把我送回家.这两个人身价是47000000,估计能买N个都柏林俱乐部了.

2012年元旦刚过,今天我来到俱乐部总部,为了三个大问题,第一,升级体育场,体育场是小俱乐部的主要经济来源(门票和其他收入),4000容量的体育场,不觉得寒碜吗?第二,转会资金短缺,生活富裕了,老板ssry却成了黄世仁了,第三个问题是工资.俱乐部不给解决,我就不干了.结果门口有这么多的球迷支持我.

1.超级联赛最终排名,第一名奖金80000.超级联赛电视转播费26000/赛季.
2.高级挑战杯,获胜奖金50000,安慰奖金20000.和联赛杯基本相同.
3.穆斯特高级杯,获胜奖金2000,安慰奖金1000.和伦斯特杯相同.
