关于本次评选
论坛年度初始最佳年轻球员评选，是根据游戏中相同位置上21岁以下球员的初始能力、关键属性、身价以及声望挑选出至少4名候选者，随后由玩家们根据自己在游戏中的体验或对球员能力的看法选出自己认为的开档最佳年轻球员。
活动旨在对当下FM版本中的球员实力进行一次总结与评估，同时意在促进玩家间的相互交流、分享彼此心得，活跃论坛气氛，推广FM。活动非官方性质，属玩家圈自娱自乐。
评选方式采用单选投票制，投票完毕后无法撤回和修改，所以投票时需谨慎。
因为评选项目较多，为避免占用论坛版面，所以每个位置评选都设置了一周时限。一周过后，投票结束，届时将无法再进行投票，评选结果将在标题中公布。

位置角色介绍
Central Midfielder：The Central Midfielder is responsible for providing an industrious and versatile link between the defence and the attack. Expected to perform a variety of tasks across the centre of the pitch, the Central Midfielder benefits from having the tactical awareness and technical ability to support both defensive and attacking play as needed.
中场：中场球员通常是个勤恳的多面手，在进攻与防守时起到串联前后场的作用。中场球员利用自己的战术意识和技术能力在进攻和防守时承担着各种任务。
Deep Lying Playmaker：The Deep-Lying Playmaker operates in the space between the defence and the midfield and aims to initiate attacking moves via pinpoint passes to players positioned higher up the pitch. Although primarily a creative player, the Deep-Lying Playmaker also has to be competent in the art of defence.
拖后组织核心：拖后组织核心的活动区域在防线和中场之间，通过向前方球员输送精准的传球来发动进攻。尽管拖后组织核心最主要的能力是视野，但他也需要有一定的防守能力。
Box To Box Midfielder：The non-stop dynamism of the Box-To-Box Midfielder enables him to contribute greatly to both defending and attacking. In attack, he pushes up t support the forwards, often surging late into the box to get on the endof crosses and pullbacks as well as providing a threat from distance.
全能中场：全能中场永远充满活力，不停的跑动让他在进攻和防守中都能发挥作用。进攻中，他能压到前场策应锋线，后排插入禁区争抢落点，或者回撤靠远射威胁对方球门。防守中，他需要阻截对方的进攻型中场，保护本队防线。
Advanced Playmaker：The Advanced Playmaker can operate in the central midfield, attacking midfield or wide forward positions. The Advanced Playmaker aims to drop into the holes between the opposition's midfield and defence, making himself availbale for his teammates' passes and aiming to turn defence into attack in an instant.
前场组织核心：前场组织核心能够胜任前卫、前腰以及边锋的位置。他的作用是插入对方中场和防线之间的空当区域，接应队友的传球迅速组织起进攻。
Ball Winning Midfielder：Playing in central midfield the Ball-Winning Midfielder's main function is to close down the opposition and win the ball. However, he also needs the technical skills to help the team keep possession and fashion out chances for players with attacking roles.
抢球机器：抢球机器的活动区域在球场中间，他的主要任务就是逼抢。然而，他还需要有一定的技术来帮助本队控制球，创造机会给进攻球员。
Roaming Playmaker：The Roaming Playmaker is the heartbeat of his team, driving forward with the ball to spearhead attacks as well as tracking back to cover defensively. Always offering a passing option to teammates, the Roaming Playmaker must have the physical attributes to maintain a high intensity as well as the technical attributies to stamp his authority on the game. He will look to pick the ball up in deep positions and work the ball forewards with urgency, all the while keeping up with play. The Roaming Playmaker will often camp on the edge of the penalty area looking for room to shoot or to try that killer ball which creates a goalscoring opportunity.
